The HSE/PSA module supports the company's Safety Officer with

• The documentation of instructions, such as the briefing on local conditions and rules of conduct
• Recurring instructions and training such as first aid courses, basic medical examination and fire safety drill

GS-Service checks the validity of the courses and indicates expiring important certificates.

Automatic notifications to the employee and the HSE officer actively remind them of the required refreshing of concerned courses and certificates. In addition, this is supported by a corresponding "traffic light function" through color visualization of the employee in the system. A task in GS-Service linked to the certificate serves as documentation and proof of a successfully completed course.

For personal protective equipment (PPE)

• A regular inspection for occupational safety is carried out by specially trained personnel.
• The results of the inspection are documented in the system and equipment is automatically released after it has passed the inspection.
• If the employee has a fixed PPE assigned to him, he can see in his profile at any time what the status is for the inspection of his PPE and when the next inspection is due.

Inspection of tools and aids

From the electrical inspection of the power strip to the documentation of the annual safety inspection of transport equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts and even ships and helicopters, the system offers the best possible support.

The orders for maintenance and repair as well as fault clearance are created automatically, based on stored rules and checklists and assigned to the correspondingly qualified employees.

The easy-to-use apps for order processing guarantee direct feedback of technical and commercial parameters. The integration of external service providers into the internal process enables uncomplicated portal solutions.
