Certificates
Together with the experts from TÜV SÜD, the German Association of IT SMEs has developed the BITMi seal of quality for IT SMEs. With the use of the seal, GreenGate guarantees its customers...
- to have deposited the source code for GS-Service with TÜV SÜD (escrow service of TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH),
- to offer a basic support contract for at least 5 years, with guaranteed costs not exceeding 25 % of the licence volume p.a,
- have taken out sufficient IT pecuniary damage liability insurance, and
- to be in possession of the copyrights of their software products.
The seal of approval documents is a high level of investment security for GreenGate products and projects, because the listed criteria are checked every two years

Today, products from Germany enjoy an excellent reputation in numerous industries. The reasons for this? Well thought-out design, tried-and-tested solutions, mature production processes, constant, inspiring innovations, competent customer service, to name but a few. All these features can also be found in GS-Service, one of the first systems with the new quality seal:
To improve and sustain our quality standards, we have therefore introduced a quality management (QM) system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The certification was achieved for all services and all divisions of GreenGate AG. In particular, the certification of the process chains in the area of software development was an essential decision criterion for the introduction.
Fair.digital is the seal of approval for particularly fair digital products and services. The seal is awarded to products that fulfil the three principles of data protection, transparency and fairness. As of now, our GS-Service software has been awarded the fair.digital seal of approval.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT AWARD
KVD
The Service Management Award is unique. The KVD recognises ideas for outstanding service innovations with this award. Unlike other awards, the winners are not chosen by an anonymous jury; they have to find their voting majorities in the plenum of the annual Service Congress. Experts and practitioners vote for their personal favourites.
Our project "DispoOffshore" convinced the jurors and was honoured with the 3rd place. The scheduling tool developed by GreenGate, FIR and WindMW for maintenance tasks in offshore wind farms makes an important contribution to the reliable, economical and ultimately more environmentally friendly operation of offshore wind farms. The novel software tool "DispoOffshore", which is used to plan maintenance orders for offshore wind farms and organise the logistics by ship and helicopter, is a scheduling tool that facilitates the everyday work of a scheduler or technician.
INNOVATION AWARD OF THE NETWORK ZENIT E.V.
With the Innovation Award of the Network ZENIT e.V., the association honours particularly innovative approaches to solutions by North Rhine-Westphalian companies. The successful cooperation with FIR e.V. at RWTH Aachen University within the framework of the research project "DispoOffshore" was honoured by the NRW Minister of Economics and Digital Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart.
Within the framework of this project, a new software tool was developed that can be used to plan maintenance orders and organise logistics by ship and helicopter especially for offshore wind farms. This made an important contribution to the reliable, economical and ultimately environmentally friendly operation of seven wind farms.
INNOVATION THROUGH RESEARCH
Innovation through research - The Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft (Donors' Association for the Promotion of Sciences and Humanities in Germany) recognises our commitment to research and development with this seal. At GreenGate, innovations are created through an open corporate culture - which includes dialogue with customers, cooperation with established networks, partner companies, associations and universities. "Innovation is part of our self-image," says Martin Gerwens, CEO of GreenGate AG.
INNOVATION AWARD-IT 2016
Our product "Meter management with smartphone support" received an award from the Initiative Mittelstand for a particularly innovative IT solution with high benefits for SMEs. The jury of experts awarded our solution the title BEST OF 2016. Our product convinced the expert jury and belongs to the top group of this year's INNOVATIONSPREIS-IT.
TOP 100
GreenGate received the "TOP 100" seal for innovative strength, thirst for knowledge and team spirit at the end of June 2015. The science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar, known from various TV formats, presented the award. The IT specialist for maintenance software is thus one of the most successful think tanks in Germany. Frank Lagemann and Martin Gerwens, the two board members of GreenGate AG, accepted the coveted award from the hands of "TOP 100" mentor Ranga Yogeshwar at a ceremony in Essen. Ludwig 2015
In the "Ludwig 2015" competition, which was awarded for the third time and is a prize purely related to the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg region, GreenGate also came out on top in the "Regional Commitment" category. With this award, the jurors recognised GreenGate's broad regional commitment in Windeck and the surrounding area. This is reflected not only in idealistic but also in financial form.
INDUSTRY AWARD 2015
Under the motto "Network of the Future", numerous companies had applied for the "Industry Award 2015" in a total of 14 categories. Since 2006, the best-performing solutions of industrial companies have been awarded annually. Our product GS deployment planning convinced the jurors and was awarded third place in the category "Research & Development".
