From ERP and GIS systems to control technology, document management (DMS), portal solutions, and IoT platforms (Internet of Things) through to individual specialist applications – information is exchanged automatically, and media breaks are avoided. Interfaces to ERP and Billing Systems

The integration of GreenGate software into your ERP system ensures end-to-end processes between technical operations management and commercial workflows. Typically, master data such as assets, cost centers, materials, suppliers, and employees, as well as transaction data such as orders, goods receipts, activity confirmations, material consumption, and cost information are exchanged automatically. Interfaces to Process Control Technology and Operational Data

The connection of GreenGate to process control systems (PCS), SCADA systems (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and operational data acquisition creates the basis for automated and condition-based maintenance. Events, malfunctions, alarms, operating states, as well as operating and running times are taken directly from the connected systems and made usable for maintenance processes.

Based on defined rules, messages and status changes can automatically trigger maintenance, inspection, or malfunction orders in GreenGate. As a result, relevant events are transferred to work preparation without media breaks, and response times are shortened. Ultimately, asset availability increases.

Integration takes place via established industry standards such as OPC UA (Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture: manufacturer- and platform-independent standard for industrial communication and secure data exchange) and OPC DA, as well as via individual interfaces to process control systems, operational data acquisition, and specialized industry solutions.
